Jason and Cindy Murray built their first pizza oven in their backyard in 2009 to fund their way through Southern Utah University, rolled it into an Ace Hardware parking lot the next year, and grew The Pizza Cart from a literal cart into a brick-and-mortar at 1190 S Sage Dr in Cedar City.
